  hey, any idea of how queer friendly this is? I'd love to pass it on to friends in Israel and elsewhere who know folks that will be interested, but they're mostly not het.

    Having lived in Tel Aviv, I would guess very gay friendly. As always in this world at this time, most activities are straight-oriented, but there are TONS of gay-oriented activities and fun, too, and there's definitely openness.
